For breakfast you should eat either one banana or two satsumas. Yes, that is it and nothing more. You have to be serious if you want instant weight loss.
For lunch, I ate a small brown bread roll (like a hit dog bun but wholemeal bread, not the white stuff). Inside this, stuff a couple of pieces of ham. I used to also spread some hot English mustard in here for added taste but that is optional.
For dinner, eat something low fat – less than 4% fat. A favourite of mine was sushi such as California rolls. Limit this meal to a small one of less than 500 calories.
Also, drink plenty of water throughout the day, enough so that your urine is clear or only slightly yellow.
This is a pretty ******** diet, its no more than 800 calories so you will definitely lose weight. When I ate like this, I lost 20 lbs in a month! Now is that instant weight loss or what?
Forget those people who say that this diet is too extreme, that it isn’t low carb or high protein or anything like that. This works and that is all that matters. I would add though that it is quite extreme so you may prefer to look at other diet plans that are less of a shock to the system.
